How Many Quarters in a Basketball Game? (All Levels)

As the name suggests, there are 4 quarters in a basketball game. But only IF that league breaks their games into quarters. For the most part, middle school, high school, college women, and both professional men’s and women’s leagues set up their basketball games using quarters. However, most youth basketball games, as well as college men use halves in their games.
