Investing in a team is as important as investing in technology The higher the business's conversion rates (with or without search), the greater the number of employees and functions involved with the search. That's because search is never a "set it and forget it" function. Retailers, and especially Merchandisers, must constantly iterate on the marketing rules, as well as the front end, customer experience, to serve the optimal offerings and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
