Cases
As a general rule, Chapters 1, 3 and 5 apply in cases under
Chapter 7, 11 or 13. Chapter 1 and Sections 307, 362(n), 555
through 557, and 559 through 562 apply in Chapter 15 cases.
Except for those specific Sections referenced in Section 901, only
Chapters 1 and 9 apply in a Chapter 9 case. See generally
